That actually is surprising.

I mean, it's a much closer match to the Accelerator Suit than Coil Crusher is to a Neo-Viper.

The around the forearm gun makes it especially strange. Definitely an interesting bit of info. I have to wonder if the AS designer saw this at some point, making the AS deliberately or on a subconscious level.

I have to think it was pure coincidence. There are enough differences between the designs. But still weird how close it is.

Wouldn't it be stranger if it was the same person and the RoC design was his updated version.
