Hmmm odd.

I have that fig and STILL don't recognize it. I guess I should take his helmet off once in a while. But he looks SO damn good with it on.

I LOVES me some ARC Troopers :)

There were still 2 left on the pegs up at the Wilsonville Target, and I left you a black-Timbered one in Salem, so stop your [LASER BLAST] :P

Actually, when I was at Freddy's down in Roseburg (where I first found the complete wave of single packs), a kid and his mom were there, and he was so excited about them that I just couldn't buy any until he'd run through them. -- Then the little bastard took the last Flint & Cobra Officer and I had to wait until I got home to find another :(

Stupid kids - don't they know that the 25A line is for the "adult collector"?

;)

Dan,

Is your PX/BX carrying them? I figured that would be a huge item for AAFES to have.

As for the kid thing, I know how you feel. Some Grand mother was with a small kid telling him how she bought these for her son (kid'd dad) and he got the last Joe 5 pack and the Flint, SE and SS they had. She looked at me and I just shrugged and told him that they were well worth getting.

I've been finding them at various PX/BXs around the country - the one here at Buckley AFB only has the occasional single pack - no 5 packs yet, but it's a small base - it was an Air Natl Guard base until a couple of years ago, so it's still growing. The 2 PXs down at Ft Bragg had more than a dozen 5-packs. The one at Ft Huachuca last week had a few 5-packs.

I'll find out what Ft Meade is carrying next week....

But yeah, AAFES has always been a great place to find Joes and other military toys.

Just and FYI. My friend told me that Ft Campbell had some as well. I have my sister-in-law check for me when she goes, but only ANG stations around her now.

I hate repeating other people on critiques but this is worth it. They're all fine customs, but that Zap is perfect. Absolutely perfect.

Those look great, as usual. I love how the 25A figures make it easy to harken back to the original 13 figures, with the same few parts making up all the figures.
