Killer chrome lest you chrome anything you can spray. YOu need a pitch black base, and to use the special gloss. It's supposed to be foolproof.

The downside? $110 for the kit, but you get enough spray to chrome 15 square feet. At 2-3$ a head for ChrometechUSA, with a suficiently large project it might be a lot cheaper and easier to go this direction...

Theres a lot of other interesting things on the Alsa site.

Because of the Con cash crunch, I won't be trying this anytime soon, but does anyone have any experience with this or other Alsa products?

Holy crap. This is awesome. It's so cool I can't even imagine how I'd use it...

There's also a ton of peel and stick surfacing for dioists. This site is awesome if expensive.

Hmmm. This doesn't look that metallic to me... Certainly not as reflective as the test shots they show.. Still, some of the pics look great...

eh...It looks good on some parts...but I don't think it can compare to Chrometech's actual Vacmetalization... some of those other colors would be cool to try on larger vehicles...night ravens or such...

I've had that site bookmarked for a few years now, back during the J&R repro site days. Always wanted to snag one of those paint kits to try on some vehicles, but the pricetag and the unknowing how it will turn out always prevented me from doing it.
