Second in a short series of PoC-inspired customs: Desert Battle Longarm, the Joes EOD specialist.

Let me know what you think.

I really dig this, though I wish you'd gone with different lower arms. Those have been used on so many vipers that it's hard for me to see them on anything but a Cobra.

Yeah, I'm not in love with them either. I might go back and change them for Flash lower arms.

Thanks,

OB

Maybe try painting the gloves all one color? So they look like bulky gloves and not gloves with armor attached?

Also, if you can get one, maybe the collar from the TRU Doc mold or something else to protect the neck area?

Otherwise, perfection!

I had thought about making an EOD specialist similar to this after watching "The Hurt Locker", but the idea kinda got put on the back burner... Very Cool! I will agree, though, that different lower arms would be a good idea...

I love the idea of the neck protector from Doc. I'll definitely look into it.

Thanks,

OB

Throw on that neck protector and that's a perfect figure.

Very sharp. Excellent eye for the parts. The Doc neck protector was going to be my only suggestion, but others beat me to it :D

Well I must say I like it alot. Even though I'm unfamiliar with Longarm, there is no mistaking his role as bomb disposal expert. I'm going to go look him up, but any referance pics could help. I kind of agree about the ''forearmour''(did I just invent a word). But the only part of the Neo-Viper I like, is the vest. Now I also see the need for a guy like this to have ''forearmour'', so, does anyone have suggestions of better forearmour? My suggestion will be MU Hand Ninja, or maybe 25th Cobra Para-Viper has nice knee and elbow pads.
