Sorry if someone else has brought this up and I've missed it but....

Is that Shield car from the Marvel Universe display at SDCC going to actually be made or was it just a diorama piece?

I hope they release it.

And then I hope they make a MASK line.

I'm wanting the car from the display too. But since that is the only place I've seen pictures of it I'm not holding my breath.
A new M.A.S.K. line would be cool but only if it was done in Joe scale and not the smaller figures like before.

I 100% agree, Give us a few more JOE/Cobra M.A.S.K. / V.E.N.O.M figures to add to the expanding G.I.JOE line or a new 3 & 3/4 inch M.A.S.K. line.

Heck, those cool guys at cobrastickers even came up with a label sheet to convert the Steel Crusher into the jackhammer mark II !!!!!!

100% AWESOME So yes, More M.A.S.K. PLEASE! ( But I do think it's cool to see that the Marvel line is expanding to vehicles now.

The word is that the SHIELD car from the SDCC display was a mock-up they put together to gauge interest. So, if they plan to do one we probably won't get official confirmation of it at this point till Toy Fair.

It was their SHS Helicarrier from last year. "Do you like it? Would you buy it."

I'm thinking it gets tied into the Avengers movie in 2012 and gets released then... unless one makes an appearence in THOR.

I have to admit, I would be all over the SHIELD car.

I agree with all of teh above. The MASK toys were nice, and I would love to see them redone in 1:18 scale.

I had thrown up a thread on Fwoosh about this, with a couple pics from a diff angle.

These pics tell me the SHIELD emblem on the hood is off-center, which is weird for a government vehicle. It also looks like the trunk folds out and there's something in there.

I'd buy this one, an all-red one, and a metallic blue one. But I don't like how the wheels fold up. I've only seen that in recent issues of Cap, whereas for the previous 30 years they've always folded down. I want fold-down wheels!

Dear Hasbro,
I really want one of these, really freakin bad.
If my demands are not met, I will throw thousands of mattel infinite heroes down from your headquarters, screaming "Free Gi Joes!"
causing multiple people to attack each other for one, only for Brian Savage to yell at collectors for ruining the brand image.
Sincerely,
Captain Tomorrow
