So I got Tripwire with the MASS element at Family Dollar, then bought the comic pack for the Cobra Commander. Hasbro didn't even redeco one of them for some stupid reason, normally comic pack releases had SOME change...

So then. Cartoon colors? Probably too much hassle to paint only the green parts. Tiger Force would mean that I could leave the head and belt alone but I don't much like those colors. I could go for the "Listen N Fun" deco...

I have no idea. I have the same problem. I have the black clad one from the Outpost Defender set, and have no use for him. I'm happy with my comic pack one.

You could do a UK Blades custom.

I think I actually own that figure now. Pretty sure it came in a lot of stuff he sold me awhile back.

Paint him light tan and give him some facial hair, then he can pilot your Conquest X-30. Oh, wait a second, that was done already...

Make him a better looking PoC HISS Driver. If you've got a PoC HISS and have repainted it, paint Trippy to match.

What's funny about Tripwire is that he has five or six O-ring versions and three or so 25th style and they are all exactly the same, no variations what so ever, other than colour in any of the versions and the 25th version is just an updated version of the O-Ring version.

When I first read your thread I thought, "Well I use my spare Tripwires for Grunts like in that one comic.....". After searching for a while I found the comic. G.I. Joe Frontline #17 has a story called training day where Beachhead is on a training mission with a team of Joe hopefulls, and they are wearing outfits/armor similar to Tripwire. That my solution to the 4-5 extra tripwires I have.

Repaint it in Funskol colors. I love the color scheme they used there.
