This one has been in the planning stages for a few years. Now I'm still not 100% happy with body choice- being so lanky. But that's the fad for Hasbro right now.
And I'd love to get a white Indiana Jones horse for Silver. But that will have to wit till I find one for a steal. So far I've found one at $15 shipped.

Head: Barrel Roll (modded)
Hat: Wolverine
Body: A.I.M soldier
Belt: Indiana Jones
Bullet belts: Chap Mei
Holsters: Wild Bill
Guns: Wild Bill

I really like it. You have done a great job on that. Been thinking about redoing a LR custom for a long time. Made one about 15 years ago, but I have never been too happy with it. I may just have to copy that recipe.

HI-YO Silver! I like it, the body looks good and not too slender, and as for Silver, what about one of those Prince of Persia horses? You could paint him white, and he would probably be cheaper than Indy's horse.

Now where's Tonto?

I found a PTE set that had a horse at Biglots for $3.50 I would go that way if I needed a horse.

damn that ROCKS. Will look forward to seeing if you do in fact come up with Silver, but either way, this is a thing of beauty.

John,
Outstanding take on this classic character. The contrasts of blues is perfect. Keep them coming.

That is really good, John.

Very crisp work all around. I really like the double-draw holsters with the silver bullets - a somewhat subtle but ever significant touch here.

My one persnickety little bit: I might suggest perhaps adding lower thigh straps to that rig, if that is possible.

Excellent custom, my friend. What inspired this, if I may ask?

Looks like I remember him. When was little my aunt made a pillow for me with him and Tonto painted on it. Ah, the memories!

Nice! I don't think there's anything wrong with the body. ;-)
