I don't have it in HD, but then Comcast in my area sucks anyway. I tend to not watch the HD channels due to the screen freezing up for 2 seconds every 3 minutes. It's like the video is getting downloaded and throttles.

Yeah I'd like to see them do something with Jem myself. I haven't heard that they are, but the last issue of ToyFare that I read hinted that it was possible along with several other older properties.

Yep the November 2010 issue of ToyFare has an interview with Hasbro to promote the Hub.

ToyFare asks "Are you looking at the back-catalog of Hasbro-owned properties and inactive toy lines and considering them for new shows?"

Hasbro's reply "Absolutely. Hasbro has 1500 brands, so you can imagine we have an enormous vault. And of course we have the ones that folks really know well like Transformers and G.I.Joe and My Little Pony, which we love, but we also have a number of brands that perhaps aren't quite as well known..."

And it goes on to say more and more, but you get the idea. There's things said that lead you to believe that we'll see many previous properties show back up even if it's just to be reruns aired.

I decided to bite the bullet and get the upgraded package from Cablevision- it cost a whole $6.95 a month to get Hub and a whole bunch of other cool channels. :-D

Definitely worth 7 bucks. The primetime weeknight line up is worth that. Wonder Years, Doogie Howser, Batman, Happy Days. Hub is on all the time in my house now and my DVR is filling up with the stuff I record every night.

I'd do that for us but the tier doesn't have anything else we'd want to watch. And I can't justify spending the whatever it is just for one channel and maybe a handful of shows, most of which I can get or have on DVD (Batman being the exception)

Gah, not sure why but last night's GI Joe didn't record, on Time Warner. I think it might be because the name has changed in their listings from "GI Joe: Real American Hero" to just "GI Joe." Might want to check your recordings.

Comcast is changing up their packages with the new Xfinity thing coming out. I got the mailer in showing the channel changes and yep, "Discovery Kids" will get lumped into the Digital Basic set up so I'll get it........... for the classic shows and new TF toon. :tictoc:
