So after me calling him out enough on Facebook I finally got this reply from him:

This is the reply I finally get after 3+ months of bringing this matter public. He is also calling me a liar on this matter. :roll:

Edit: I have all my records of your bank statements /PayPal records showing I have not cashed any payments from him.

That is lower than low.

I've dealt with you on a NUMBER of MotUC items so far, and you've come through on all of it.

That guy needs to be run out of the community, period. I guarantee you he is gonna hit people up for help with JoeCon items, Canadian and American.

HH comes through on his deals, and is a man of his word. Items might take a while, but they get there. Wish I could say the same apparently for VL.

Exactly, as soon as this was brought out, he left. If he had done the things he said he did, he would have defended hisself and not ditched the site.

The thing is, for the most part, we all seem to be stand-up guys when it comes to this stuff.

Anytime something doesn't go exactly right, I contact the person, let them know what's going on, and they take care of it.

I don't think I've ever sat here at the computer gnashing my teeth because one thing got left out of a package.

It's about communication and actually being honest about stuff, whether someone else didn't get to the mail one day or they forgot to send something.

They take care of it and that's that.

This should be appended to every deal made over the internet. Communication is HUGE when it comes to Buying/Selling/Trading. There are always excuses, but as long as you're maintaining steady communication I'm ok with something arriving a few days late, or waiting a week for payment.

This is a pathetic attempt from VL to not lose credibility among his peers from other boards (obviously, we already know his credibility is out of the window). Hulk Hogan is one of the most helpful members of the community, and has saved so many of us with MOTUCs. And that's not counting the constant help I get from him with other stuff as well. I can feel I'm getting angry when VL tries to make this HHs fault. Telling him to grow up? That's a surprising twist.

Look, I get people chiming in when they have had a deal with Viperlord, good or bad, but chiming in on this thread when you haven't isn't helping and is clutter the purpose of this thread. Hulk Hogan's Brawlingness feedback is a testament to his credibility. Viperlord hasn't been banned simply because he has followed through on so many of his other deals and helped so many other members out. I'm hoping he will follow through on this one as well.

After asking if he mailed out a check today on a FB post, I am no longer able to see his posts(blocked me?). Which mean he has cut all form of communication with trying to resolve this matter.

EDIT: He also de-friended Dick DaBoom on FB.

I realize this may be a long shot, but do you have any paperwork you could use to take him to court or use in a collection type situation?

As December rolls on by, I have still heard nothing from him to try an resolve this matter, but he is still very active on Facebook.
