Tin Can Mechs are powerful but slow and cumbersome so what was needed was a swift back-up force to help patrol the waters

Hunters are half man and half machine Cyborgs that patrol the deep waters along the sunken coast to protect the underwater cities secrets
very fast and vicious they Ride there genetically altered Cyborg Great Whites only Known as the Killing Machine even if the rider is killed or thrown the Cyborg Sharks do not stray from there programming to destroy intruders

these are the forces that protect the sunken Island of Japan and its dome cities such as "Salvation"
they have special training for underwater combat there suits are sealed to withstand the water pressure and special helmets and packs enable breathing they use high caliber guns that shoot small torpedo like projectiles
(the follwing is a bit of the story written by Rob0213)
Salvation. President Roberts’ secret sea base sits in the center of Japan, surrounded by a domed field that keeps the water at bay. It is very heavily guarded, and contains a large facility where a secret project is being worked on. The facility is so well guarded, even some of Roberts’ top advisors do not know what is going on there.

they are armed with under water high propulsion Cannon its bullets act like mini torpedos seeking its target with sonar

the propellars can be moved in any direction you want to simulate diff. angles of dive

main torso is a cobra pogo with the seat and canopy
the chest armor is bits of fodder from transformers and gundam stuff
the propellars are from a gijoe swamp masher wheels with gundam fodder inside
the arms are from robot thing like bionicle

recruited for his talent and swooned by suposed riches he joined Zychens army and later was assigned to work with Mayhem
they have been partners ever since always watching each others back

Mayhem is a survivor of the Fallout His lungs were Damaged By Biological agents and he under went a experiment to make exposed victims able to breath again little did he know a Chip Implant was added during the procedure and is under the control of General Zychens Himself

the Tsunami is a vital Mech that Patrols the area around the Dome City Of "Salvation" in the sunken Island of Japan heavilly Armed and Very Manuverable in water they have two modes
first is the Submarine type mode which enables it to assend to the surface and move around freely in the Ocean
