Thanks guys.

This was obviously a pretty experimental endeavor.

Appreciate all the ideas.

I'll give the thicker legs and more messed-up face a try before I completely scrap the concept.

Don't scrap the concept. The torso works perfectly. In my head I see RP similarly to how you see him. I didn't know too many muscle bound guys growing up the son of a 1% biker. But I did know a lot of really big dudes built like brick "LASER BLAST" houses. RP is one of them.

What sgcaper said. The concept is solid. Its the execution that needs some work. Don't give up on it. You have the skills and talent to make it work.

Would the Punisher's head work here? It was thick and pretty ugly...

That would be a great head. Right size and look.

Anyone happen to have one they'd care to part with?

Which exact head are we talking about, so we all know?

The first Universe Punisher head (from the version with the Black Panther/Blade body and white gloves and boots). It really is sinister and blocky. I had one once but never thought I'd use it, so I traded it off.

In the meantime, I've found what will probably work as a serviceable placeholder head and I used some cannibalized Wal-Mart Roadblock thighs (same as the Night Adder ones someone suggested) to resolve the lanky leg issue.

I'll post an updated pic after I get some paint on them.

Spin - let me check my fodder tonight and see what I have. I'm positive I have that first Punisher figure in the bottom of a box but I can't recall if I used the head or not. I don't think I did so if I can find it its yours.

That'd be awesome, Mysty. Because I think that head would look great on the revamped body:

Like I mentioned earlier, I found some Resolute/RoC Wal-Mart exclusive Roadblock upper legs in my fodder pile and they appear to work much better with the scratch-built crotch I made.

I don't hate the placeholder head I'm using now, but I think the Punisher one would be just perfect.

Thanks again, all, for the feedback and ideas.

I like the updates... but that first Marvel Punisher head would be a great finishing touch... It just had a Roadpig look about it, and the size should be about perfect for your body construction. A nice figure none the less though.

Big improvement. It's a whole different figure now, and I dig it. The one thing I'll say about this head, is that it has a very realistic feel to it. He seems like a douche just looking at him, and that he'd have a temper as well. I agree Punny's head will be much closer to classic Roadpig, but I won't be shocked if you end up liking this one just as well.

I think that you may have sacrificed a bit of that physical misanthropy you'd mentioned, though. Less disproportion here, less troll, perhaps.

This is great. Those thighs really make it work. The Punisher head will put it over the top. Let me know if you don't get the one from MS, I have one sitting on my desk.
