David Tennant is my all time favorite doctor. I was pretty happy with my first attempt at a 10th doc fig, but the Xamot head I originally used was never really close enough to be completely accurate. After going back and finally redoing my 11th doctor head (which was a quest all its own) I decided I'd take another stab at my 10th doc. I'm alot happier this time around. I used a Human torch head and I resculpted the hair completely and the face a bit too. I'm really happy with the upgrade. I think I've captured Tennant's look this time. Let me know how it works guys. Btw I'm half way through with my 5th doc as well so he'll be up soon.

I like it! The face really looks like him. The hair might be a little too wild, but it's not completely out of character for him.

Unless you want to make the head yourself, try PMing Asphalt. Don't know if he has it for sale but he has a head that would be perfect.

He does? Can you link me to it?

I'd love to have a Tenth Doctor custom and having a suitable head would put me a big step ahead!

I looked in store and did not see them, but I figure if you ask he will give you the low down if they are available.

Agreed. Its kinda funny how he had two different hairstyles during his run. One being the side part and the other being the wilder spikey version. I always like the forward spiked look better so thats what I tried to do here. I think from a custom perspective it gives him a tad bit more Tennent personality.

Thanks for the heads up (no pun intended). Thats an excellent head he has in his store!!! I always prefer to try my own work on heads for my figs though.

Any other thoughts on if this head is an improvement guys? I'm interested to know if it works.
