... from the new Low Light head?

I painted up my spare LL head for a second "Rocky Mt Rescue" Adventure Team custom and noticed he looked a LOT like Berenger - the bone structure, the hair, the scowl. If his eyes had been painted a little better he'd be a dead ringer.




Anyone notice this before? Or better yet, does anyone have some inside Hasbro knowledge to tell if this was intentional? (a tribute to the Sniper film?)


I guess the big question now is do I make a John Shale custom (from The Substitute), or go nuts and make a Rex O'Herlihan cowboy custom? (c'mon - somebody's gotta know what flick I'm talking about there -- I'm sure one of you old farts do )

Anyway - just noticed the uncanny resemblance and wanted to see if anyone else had seen the same thing - or if I'm just loopy from huffing paint fumes....

Since they seem to be more full of tributes then ideas...I'd say it's intentional.

Whoa, didn't really notice with the blonde but with the brunette it is definitely Berringer and most likely a tribute to Sniper. With Blade, and Platoon Charlie Sheen you have the makings of the Major League trio.

Changed the lighting and fixed the eyes (well, one of them, anyway)

Definitely seeing it even more now. Don't know whether to leave the cap on or sculpt some hair on him. Maybe I'll wait until I can find another one first.
