there are a couple thing id like to change in future, as soon as i source a few parts. this all got started when i decided to make a tan grunt like the one i had when i was a kid. i just decided i give it a go. dont mind leather neck in the back ground i just needed someone to fill the gunners post.

That's definitely cool. I like seeing the original JOEs indifferent colors-gives me ideas for my *filler* characters.

You gonna do Shooter too?

That's a good figure set, with a decent approach on how to get Snake-Eyes out of all black without ruining the character's appeal.

I really like R&R and Clutch. Nice set.

They do look great in Tan, but i'm curious as to why Rock-n-Roll, Scarlett and Snake Eyes are different as to their colors...

Scarlett has a totally different color scheme from the rest.

RnR has a different shade of tan, looks more like dark brown.

SE has grey boots.

I like her and your idea of adding the 3rd shade in her pants

She had a different color scheme from the rest to begin with. They wore green, she had her two tone.

as dark jedi stated scarlett's outfit originally stood out from the rest and was totally different color scheme. i went with the brown to provide a dark contrast to the lighter yellow singlet.

rock an roll has a different shade of tan on his body because i used airborn's body rather than another UBP steeler body. it was a matter of convenience really that i used airborn, since he was selling at family dollars for $3 and ubp steeler was getting harder to find. in some defense of the shade difference, the original 13 used different shades of green i.e. grand slam was darker than flash, zap was lighter than all of them. i admit that i got carried away brown leather color...the original idea was to paint all his web gear and boots black to match the rest of the team. what i discovered was the model masters brass that i have doesnt cover over black well at all, but worked much better over the leather color.

i used the snake eyes that came with the red ninjas and painted only his crotch. the legs were taken right off an airborn body. with hind sight being what it is, if i ever run across another cheap UBP steeler i'll steel his legs for snake eyes.

I was wondering about the emblems on Flash and Grandslam. They look like they still have the Cobra bio emblems.

Very Cool. I like that you gave Snake Eyes khakis as well. I prefer him as a comando and not mystical ninja when in the context of the original 13.
