The same thing happened to me as well he finally did come through on the trade but it took alot longer then it should of and like you he read all pms but didnt respond to any of them...... look at link below for my situation

We went back and forth for a few days and he finally agreed to pay me the sum of $12 shipped for the 4 of them. We discussed payment methods and the last contact from him was on 4/3 asking if I took money orders or cash. I informed him that I would do either or and gave him my address. There has been no further contact since despite his having read all of my sent PMs. I am returning the Troopers to stock.
