Made a trade agreement to trade a Target Ram Cycle, for a Generations Cybertorninan Optimus prime.

Agreement was made on March 10th 2011, I shipped out the Ram Cycle on March 11th with a tracking number. He noted he received it when the tracking shown it to have been delivered.

It's now April 27th and I haven't gotten anything, and Communication has been like pulling teeth, I am forced to do this openly to try and resolve things. I think over a month is a fair amount of time to give on a trade when something is not received.

I've had a similar waiting game lately. I was going to keep it private but seeing this I guess I should go open. I traded 3 25th Snow Serpents and a Crimson Guard for a V15 and V17 Cobra Commander(Valor Vs Venom helmet versions) both missing their guns but with capes and staff as well as a loose ROC Zartan backpack. He got them early this month. He said he mailed my goods the week of the 10-16 but so far nothing has arrived. I live about a 2 hour drive away from him so first class mail is usually pretty fast in close areas. Now it's possible the mail got lost or misdirected, or that first class is just taking on the long side but he also said he has no copy of the postal receipt. The first trade I did with him it also took him about 2 weeks to mail out after getting the package I sent.

I really don't want to cause him any trouble but with another user posting about it I think I should say something.

Same thing here, I traded him a bunch of POC accessories and 22 25A/POC stands for a bunch of random accessories over 3 weeks ago. He PM'd me that he got my package a few days after I sent it. I have had sporadic responses from him for the past 3 weeks stating that his car broke down and that he would ship out my stuff on Friday, each week for all 3 weeks with no response that my stuff has actually gone out. I have sent him several PMs asking when my package will go out, all of which have bneen read by him, but with no replies. I am starting to get annoyed. I just want my stuff. Please send it ASAP!

I sent him one more message. I told him I expect a delivery confirmation number sent to be my Tuesday. If not then I'll hand this matter over to the forum staff. I just want the goods promised to me but if he's trying to rip me off I won't be eternally patient.

I tried sending him an email giving him a week to address all of your trade issues. It bounced back as undeliverable. If he doesn't contact each of you by Wednesday the 11th to sort this out, he will be banned.

I'm going to send him a letter in the mail tomorrow. I am also in driving distance, is there any way I can pay him a visit that would put me in the legal right and not cause potential trouble? As nice as it would be to show up at his front door I'm not going to do so unless I can be sure it's handled clean and legal.

Well I'd love to say why not get everybody's stuff while you're there, but I'm willing to be he doesn't have any of it.

Wait a second!

That guy's name looks familiar. I found a note I had written a few years ago that had that name on it and info about a bad trade.

Wasn't he the guy known as 'Ben Reilly' on here a few years ago? Kept coming back with a number in his name?

If it's the same guy, we even had a thread where the mods asked us why people hadn't said anything to them about it. He was banned from here before...
