The Cable that came with my BBTS set had both chest pieces and all three weapons (to answer AV's question.)

Same here.
Both chest pieces, and all of the weapons.

I found the X-Men first class comic packs at TRU yesterday. However, I left them there since they upped the price of the comic packs from $15 to $18.

Stupid hasbro, why not just include a separate chest piece?

I would like a modern cyclops figure, the Wolvie origins one is short.

Yeah, a variant that has more stuff than the regular fig at the same price is just a dick move, Hasbro. They should let we Hopeless ones at least mail away for her.

Saw a Gladiator at Walmart today, no sign of anyone else from that wave though. If anyone gets a Cable and does not want his spear, LMK :)

I got Hope-less Cable from a friend yesterday.
I'm assuming Hasbro heard all the groans & whining from when the pictures with Hope were shown. So then they decided to leave her out later on. This is before anyone knew Hope was a separate piece. If they had shown that the chest piece was interchangeable in the beginning...

I found one regular battlefield Cap and a handful of Winter Soldiers at Target early last week.

Kind of wish I'd grabbed a Winter Soldier, as I thinkhe might be the easiest to bash parts from for my desired MU Cable fix.

All i seen in my area is shelf/peg space for Capt. America figs, but at a Wal-Mart out of town i scored a MU Silver Samurai/Wolverine (Patch) comic packs, i haven't seen anything else new for Marvel Universe, every store i hit was loaded with older MU figs of either Spider-Mans & Iron Mans :-/

I didn't even want that baby, until they made it hard to get...

oh wait never mind I don't like cable. but that wave did hit my target. I saw gladiator, that's it. So I am guessing War Hulk wave is gone for good. They did have pegs up for Cap but no figures out yet.

What needs to be fixed on him, man? I tightened the chest straps, cut the strap connecting the belt to the thight holster, and glued the kneepad/straps in place; and he's pretty damned perfect, imho.

I found a Hopeful Cable on top of the one Liftoff got me that I did all the above work to; and Lifty's already claimed Hope since his life is so hopeless. I'll be using the rest of the 2nd Cable to make the left-most Linear Man, I think.

And I've seen WWH show up with the latest wave in the past couple of weeks, so keep looking DanB.

Yeah the WWH comes with the Cable wave. Also Spider-Man 2099 & Spider-Woman is in it too.

AV I had a question for you or for any MU customizer. Grey Hulk into DC Doomsday any forseeable compications for such a conversion? I would want to use the DCIH or JLU head. Then I would sculpt on his spikes.

I would use an Apocalypse base instead of Gray Hulk. The boots are closer and Poccy's hips work. Strip off the shoulderpads and he's basically a bare torso and the gloves can be fixed when you do the spikes. Juggernaut would probably be the bestest base, tho.

I love the sculpt and all the detailing. But the figure is huge compared to most other MU figures. He's Colossus sized. Unless the official Marvel handbook lists Cable north of 7 feet, the figure's just too darned big.

I think the excess length is in the torso, but I haven't really stripped the figure down yet to see. All I know is he's out of scale with the rest of my MU guys.
