Well...I've been on a big time Thor kick after seeing the badass film. I'm a long-time comic fan, but I will admit I've never delved too deep into the Thor comics. Theres alot of cool mythology and fantasy to be had. I'm reading alot of old walt Simonson Thor and loving it. Also I just finished J. Michael Staczynski's epic run. I wanted to make a real fantasy Asgardian looking Thor fig. More along the lines of the Dan Jurgens' Lord of Asgard run.

really the only thing I think I would want to change is to add the eye lash line above the eye, not even in black, I would experiment to see if a light brown may work. Because I think the shadow from the eyelid is missing but pupil-less eyes might not look right with it. Otherwise I think this is one of my favorites you have done.

It's hard to say with the teeny-tiny itsy-bitsy pics, but it looks like he's smiling in the last pic, which doesn't seem like something he'd be doing in such a moment. Other than that and the teeny-tiny itsy-bitsy pics this kicks Asgard.

This really works well. Love the lightning effect. I do see what snikt is saying about the eyelash line though. It would help give a more serious tone to the face, which looks a little more softer and kind than the God of Thunder might normally go around with.
