Thanks everyone I'm glad you enjoyed them and sorry for the delay in posting back. By the way all parts have been posted under the specific character.

I've been getting pickier myself with the paint detail so I've really been trying to step things up with various shades and detail,
so with Dart yeah I looked at some photos of Native Americans and realized the different levels of detail in their skin tones. I wanted to really get that look with Dart. He was the only figure from the JvsC/VvsV era that I didn't do any type of custom work to when he came out. Great detail, great look, great symmetry in the body (no tiny waists, tiny torsos, with huge legs). I had always hoped Hasbro kept moving in that direction with the rest of the line.

As far as Mindbenders cape it is really simply I took two Mindbender capes from the Def. of Cobra pack and put them on the figure. Then I simply turned the top parts down and folded it down in the back, while keeping the the cape underneath up so it gave him a high collar. Then I got some hot glue and glued the cape in place underneath the folds on the sides and also in the back where it folds down. It ended up being really simple and looked much much better than I had anticipated.

Crystal Ball was a challenge. I'm one of the 3 people who really liked him when he came out. He reminded me of Dracula or some creepy person you'd see on the side of the road. During the JvsC era I was working on a Crystal Ball that was very similar to how this figure ended up turning out. When that look ended I tossed him into the parts drawer since that style no longer grabbed my interest. That figure was bald though and it had a very Metal Gear character look to it. When the Loki figure came out I was amazed at how much it resembled my original idea and decided to make an extremely easy figure. The head I had gotten from SDS when they were Good To Go so I modded it, added hair and mustache, and there we were. I had thought about long hair but I wanted to keep the "professional" look to him by keeping his hair short and well groomed. If I had gone full Rasputin with him the long disheveled look would of been perfect. I like the idea of Crystal Ball being a tormentor/torturer who actually takes his job so seriously that he cares about his appearance...after all he's a professional.

Thanks again everyone I appreciate the comments and suggestions as always.

I'm working on my next batch now but unfortunately time has become rather "reduced". But some figures coming up soon
re-working the boxset Alpine
Flint
Roadblocks v1&v2
General Joe Colton
Rock Viper
Ambush
Pathfinder
Frost Bite

I was planning on a Lowlight, SciFi, and Lifeline but honestly Hasbro's versions are just amazing so I scrapped those ideas.

Thanks again
Dave

Love the Crystal Ball. Looks great for CB, may have to try and do one. Also love the update to Mindbender, that Recondo head works great for him!

These are gorgeous. That Dart is incredibly inspiring. I tried a similar take and could never settle on a parts combo I liked, so you'll have to forgive me in advance for stealing from your recipe. :)

I'm also really fond of the parts choices for Crystal Ball's body and Psyche Out's torso, and really dig those camo touches on Downtown. I like the classic but updated take for CB, but I also enjoy IDW's Rasputin-ed version, so that would have been awesome too. Just great stuff, all around.

better late than never, but Dart is my fave, mainly because I dig the weathering and the fleshtones. I'll echo being impressed with Mindbender and Crystal Ball too. The one I was surprised to like (i.e., don't care for the character, but your figure looks great) is psyche out.

Nice job all around.
