Firefox can't even load the main page. iphone was going good until payment confirmation and then it logged me out and can't go any further. IE can't load main page either.

When I got desperate I tried Opera, but it couldn't do it either.
ANd I still can't check out with just 1 Zarana now.

I'm just trying to get back in to delete the Cold Slither Zarana so I can at least get the regular one. That's mostly what I want anyway.

Thats it I am done Hasbro, way to go! Drive another collector away. I had been cutting back, not troopbuilding, ect. But this is the breaking point, after Slaughter, now this, I am done. I went and checked my order for Starscream and cannot find anything on it, nothing showing up from my credit card either. So I guess my order did not go through. $#%@ Hasbro!!

Luckily I was able to delete BZ a half hour ago. Dave, I'm trying to get another order placed for you for the pink Zarana and Indy set.

I keep getting booted during the checkout, i got a Sentinel and the Indy set in my cart but that's as far as i can go.

I doubt that will have any effect. The site has those same problems every year when the SDCC exclusives are posted. If they haven't fixed them by now, I can't see them ever fixing it.

The sad thing is they knew this would happen, and didn't put in any measures to accommodate it.

Thanks man. I was trying to see if I could get through & pay with some kind of non-CC method, but I give up.
I'm writing customer service, letting them know their website's a "LASER BLAST" joke & telling them they've lost a customer.
