Yep, this is "good business". Great promo that brings kids from miles around and promotes the brand! They can't change the formula now since it works so well.

Collectors create a demand and flood their servers. Hasbro should be ready for the huge amounts of people logging on though.

I am going to write in also, but all they will do is say sorry and give a $5 coupon if we are lucky. This sucks. I thought I got all 3, now I cannot even get 1.

I just got Dave's order through as well. This process really sucks! I should have been able to at least get Starscream as well, but that's not the way the HTS blind draw works. Cold Slither Zarana was a figure I would have liked to get, but that was never a priority. I wanted the regular Zarana and the Indy set most of all, and I got them and was able to order another set for Dave, so I guess this can be considered a small victory.

Please explain how a Cart works. I understand when I go to Toys R
Us, if I put an item in my cart it will stay there until I decide to
put the item back, or check out. Why is it that I'm able to add an
item to my cart, but then when I finally get through to your checkout
page because your site is awful, the item I had in my cart is no
longer in stock and I have to reload the page to delete the item and
that sends me back to the page that makes me want to kill people.

Then when I finally get back to my cart because your pages won't load
another item that I had is now no longer available...how nice...now i
get to reload and repeat and end up with nothing.

If you're going to have so few items in stock, perhaps something like
a Raffle would be in order. instead of offering the item for sale,
offer a presale, take all the people who bought a pre-sale, put the
names in a hat and pull till supplies are exhausted, then apologize
to people who weren't able to get one.

While people would still be frustrated, it would at least give the
appearance of competence in your operations.

Thank you for your consideration, I'm sure this will just be deleted
and I look forward to your canned robo-response.

I think I'll be devoting my collector dollars to Vintage GI Joe toys
from this point on.

Well, one's thing is for sure, after the hype dies down, regular Zarana will be affordable. If it's still not sold out, there's no way Ebay prices will hold. This is where Luke should come in to say "You've failed your highness".

Yes, I don't understand why putting an item in the cart doesn't put the item on hold for at least a limited time (should not be any less than 1 hour). That would solve the problem of having to delete an item from your cart that is no longer in stock and would make far more sense. If I put something in my cart first, I should get the right of first refusal (within reason, of course).
