I had that happen to me earlier too. Sadly, the button you need seems to be the one that always loads last on these pages.

I hate it that your order couldn't go more smoothly on your birthday, but hopefully the rest of it will be good!

Meh.. I customize a Zarana and I'll just buy the retail Sentinel

All I wanted was regular Zarana and Indy set. Starscream would have been nice but honestly I couldn't aford him and I knew he would sell fast. I have tried the better part of the day and F&*& THIS CRAP!!!!

Last year I could handle, unexpected, fine, works. This year there is no excuse for this crap. They knew the problems walking in, should have expected them and prepaired and they obviously did nothing at all what so ever to fix and make this go smoother.

Screw 'em, Zarana sold out now, I will try evilbay in a few months, this is FUBAR beyond comprehention. I actually had LESS trouble last year with the SW and MU exclusives I wanted.

Zaranna was in my cart....after 45 minutes I had cleared shipping, payment, and gift options.... I hit process order.... it starts to spin... after five minutes it tells me she is sold out. I was willing to let some of this slide, but not now.
