When I was heavily buying Joes, I rarely bought anything without planning to modify it, but if we're talking right-out-of-the-box no-mods, then it was POC Lowlight and the POC VAMP. Before that, I can't even remember, because I tweak EVERYTHING, but those two were as close to perfect as I needed, so they stayed unchanged.

99.9% of what I buy is "intended" for use as a custom. However, 88.8% of that 99.9% is sitting intact somewhere in my house or in storage, and might qualify for the question

But since I didn't buy those items to keep them, I'll say the last ones I did by to keep intact were a complete ARAH Steeler for myself on ebay (my only ARAH figure, as my childhood collection went bye-bye), and POC General Hawk and Steel Brigade, which I've intentionally left on the card for my son, as they are both ones he would think are cool in a couple years.

Bought a 25th RAM/Flight Pod pack at TJ Maxx today to finish up my 5 man limit on Tele-Vipers. Before that it was definitely a PoC Steel Brigade or Cobra Trooper. I've been snapping those guys up whenever I see em. . . . Suppose the Zarana I bought on eBay probably counts too.

I bought 2 of the POC Vipers off ebay to keep as-is. The plan is to make them squad leaders for the 30th Anniversary Vipers I'd like to get (if I can multiples of it).

Got a new Skystriker from the wife. I'm still working on the stickers.

The last stuff I bought was the newest stuff that's come out. The last waves that hit that I ordered through HTS. I still need another Cobra Trooper or 2 and 1 or 2 more Steel Brigade guys. I got the Skystriker. I'll be buying the VTOL things and another VAMP to get the other Steel Brigade guy. I don't have any thoughts on stopping G.I.Joe any time soon.
