Just another quick LBC, because I didn't find that cannon backpack to be all Duke-like, so I switched it up with his classic backpack (from the Greatest Battles Duke figure) and the chest strap from the POC Steel Brigade, which was just too much on top of that thick vest.
And since I love the POC Jungle Duke head, I did the neck ball trick so the "standard" POC Duke can have it when I so please:

The title of your post made me smile. I do need to make sure I have an extra bandana Duke head to keep as a swappable option with my default Duke (which uses the head your base fig came with).
