I was iffy about getting this figure, but after seeing your review, he's a easy pass, they could've done him better, as far as articulation goes.

The head looks more like Iceman from the X-flicks than Dexter.

It's not very tall, it looks like they didn't pay for the likeness, a company I'm not familiar with? Oh...... do not tell me that price tag is $14.99 US because that is definitely overpriced for what you get.
