Red Death.

He looks like a chem/bio warfare guy and the red death was so nasty, even Poe was afraid of it.

I agree with Spin Doctor : Red Death sound likes an excellent name & description for this figure. Good deal, Double "T".

He reminds me of a Wasp. Not exactly sure why. Could use W.A.S.P. and then break it down into his specialty.

thanks fellas. I was thinking chemical type guy. I was thinkin Toxic but I like your suggestions too
