Aloha Dream, My PMs have all been read. Kamu/Phil said to email him if we wanted to know more. I did and have still not heard back, just wanted him to know that I did take him up on his offer.

Have any of the people who requested refunds even received that much yet? I am curious because if my personal emails are not going to be answered after 3 weeks, then I don't think this is going to happen.

I talked to him last night. He isn't able to get online and is only able to check hus email or facebook from his phone. He has refunded some people and is able to get the figure now to those who want it. If you are still owed anything please email him at ploicano@yahoo.com or on Facebook at Phillip Loicano. I also have his phone number if have trouble getting a response. He has promised to make things right now that his life is back on track.

Kamakura has stopped responding to emails and phone calls now too. He's banned from JoeCustoms until he makes good on his debts.

Been trying to get some kind of info on the situation but he has not contacted me.. Did everyone get there refunds yet? Still patiently waiting but this has gone way tooooo long... Its just odd that he is not responding

So what was this life-changing experience that made it so he supposedly could not get the figures? Since he said he was willing to let people know if they emailed him, and he never emailed me back, I would love to hear his excuse.

Looks like he is in a relationship with Melissa Susser as of December 13th - anniversary in November 29th, I see that he has been able to access the internet since October 5th as well. So basically, he is a liar.

I could always call his new girlfriend at her current job at Beth Shir Shalom in the Los Angeles area and ask her if she knows that her new boyfriend happens to lie and steal from people who trust him.

I am sending him a message via Facebook as well and contacting some others who know him.

Well, I guess we could all get in on the http://www.ic3.gov/alliances.aspx and go ahead and file a complaint. Personally, I don't have much faith in this approach.

Well Phillip, this is pretty much you last and only chance to make good on what you owe. This is not going away. I will make it my personal mission to let everyone you know that you stole and lied to your friends and thought that nothing was wrong with it.
