Picking up a 30th Anniversary Iron Grenadier finally allowed me to put the finishing touches to some project.


Night Adder got some more armor, as well as some meaner weaponry. Since Hasbro left his belt unpainted, I took it upon myself to do it, although with the vest on, all you can see is the buckle.


Roadblock took Night Adder's vest since he had to donate his Heavy Duty vest to another (still unfinished) project. The gray is a surprisingly good match for the shoes, and I did my best to go over the red parts with green that matches the pants. Also had to fix the paint on the gloves.


Repeater's same as before, ROC Footloose body with Zartan's head. Added a belt and pistol, plus the gun and backpack from the Iron Grenadier.

That Roadblock is surprisingly cool with that slightly different vest.

Repeater's also very solid.

Is Night Adder a unique guy in your verse or a troop type?

In my verse, Night Adder's an individual. His design as a big black guy covered in tattoos is way too unique to be an army builder guy. A Night Adder division would need some ridiculously narrow physical requirements.

Quick accessory update to Night Adder. Stalker's short sword/big knife was redundant on him, what with that ankle knife and that machete on him already....
So I ditched Night Adder's dingy knife in favor of that one. It plugs into his vest, so he can hold the big revolver I gave him too.

Rotating out the original Night Adder vest is a good move, as it helps distinguish the design from that of Roadblock.

In my universe, Night Adders are Cobra aircraft...

I'm just not a fan of that huge gun that realistically no one can carry it unless its made out of aluminum...
