Hey All!

Was making a present run at the local mall and ran into these at one of the few remaining Toys R Us express stores. Looked good for army building but cash is tight and just could not take my wallet out for their $34.99 asking price.

Why for no Scorpion? Seriously, do I need "Rain" when I don't have a Scorpion?

Raptor: Rain, Rain go away.

Hehe, that's basically saying "Here, buy the same figure 6 times for $35". I'd probably end up buying it though...

I'm sure Scorpion will be a single card release or maybe like SF a vs card.

Looks like it'll soon be easy to make Power Rangers for G.I.Joe:

This set also would work.

Awwwww, you made me drool on my keyboard.

I wish I was as persuaded of the quality of these figures as I am of the coolness.

The difference is that they aren't even being sneaky about it, and I can respect that. lol. Plus, you're right. We could act like that seems to be an offensive proposition, but :checks fodder bin: based on my usual habits, I'd buy 2 sets worth without even realizing it otherwise. lol

Well it's not like this is a surprize, they said there would be a Ninja pack like this and showed protos of the Ninjas in the same mold (which actually matches the classic look of the video game). The Ninji (sp? LOL) have always been a focus for me so this is an easy "Yes" dispite the reptitition, I mean it is acurate to MK 3 which is kind of what I wanted to see.

Hey JBYRDD,

It was all first wave Rise of Cobra vehicles (like the HYDRA, Mole Pod, Raven, etc.) Nothing that most haven't seen before. Unfortunately, this being a Toys R Us Express store, the prices were all jacked up. So hopefully if these MK packs hit a regular toys R Us the price may be cheaper and then I would totally pull the wallet out

Cool. But those hands are pretty lame. So is them all being the same base figure. And yes, I'll say it--Rain is cooler than Scorpion.
