Never was pleased with any of the 85 Snake Eyes from the 25th line so I fixed it.

Maybe a list of mods? Hard to tell exactly what you've done as you've integrated it really well.

Thanks, that's probably the most flattering compliment I could hope for. I aim for production quality when I make customs.

This started with a Marvel Universe Cyclops figure base:

onto which I bashed the belt, lower right arm, and bicep pouches from this figure:

and the head and hands from the POC Wave 3 Snake Eyes. Ankle pouches were taken from Captain America Captain Britain's belt, then wrist and ankle straps from Resolute Pilot Destro's webgear. Holster and knife sheath come from Captain America Bucky Cap figure, and bandolier from GI Joe 25th Wave 1 Snake Eyes as it had more detail than the DVD pack one. Modified a 1985 Snake Eyes backpack to attach to the bandolier, and gave the whole thing a repaint.

Snake Eyes now has thigh and bicep swivels, hinge and swivel wrists, a hinged neck and rocker ankles.

Ok - wow!

I am glad you pointed it out. That is an amazing piece of work, given the changes required to the base materials.
