  • This section is for honest critique of the work shown here. Members are encouraged to give and accept non-confrontational constructive criticism as well as adoring praise and everything in between.
  • In order to show case everyone's work equally, please post multiple customs on the same day into a single thread. If you have a lot of pictures of your work you may have to add them to a separate post within that thread.
  • Please do not link to a sale thread or to eBay from your critique thread. This section isn't to be used to market your finished work. The Market Place section is better suited for that purpose.

Very nice work. Came right in here, ball was pitched, and you knocked that son-of-a-gun right out of the ballpark. That is some serious quality sculpting, paint apps are clean, and parts choice works well. outstanding. looking forward to seeing more of your work.

A very nice custom. Excellent sculpting. I like that the armor is gray, not silver. Really makes the face plate pop.

Only critique is the back of the head. With all of the great mods, I wish that the stuff on the back of the Viper head wasn't there. The rest of the mods/sculpting are perfect.

Wow, thanks alot mr. meddatron! I've been just blown away by all the kind words shared with me for this!! :D so I'll be very happy to share more of my work in the future ;) :D

Hello Todd! :) Thanks everso much for the kind praise! Frankly, I really kinda surprised myself with how my sculpting turned out on this one ;) My best friend did a brilliant job of keeping me motivated to do my best for us! :D

Thank you, sir! :D I'm so glad you liked and took the time to check out my work! :) I actually mixed a lil' silver in with the grey so when the light catches it right, it kinda shows hehe ;)
many thanks for the critique as well :D ..it's so weird that in my efforts to get as close to the artwork as I could, I completely overlooked the back of the helmet! :P

Thank you mr Sidewinder! :) I was impressed by your custom Commander and all the work that you put in to it :D This project and contest has been alot of fun for my best friend and I! :D

Gotta echo everyone's sentiment on the sculpting - fantastic job all the way around. The little details - especially things like the collar and the creases on the cape, just put this completely over the top.

I'm not a huge fan of that particular head - looks a little, I don't know - boxy? - to me. Although it's probably a more realistic representation of how a real helmet would look, size-wise, but there's just something off about it to me.

Really, this is an incredible custom and I hope we get to see more from you. Welcome!

I just now noticed that you sculpted & painted that clasp on the cape -- i had assumed it was some type of bead or jewel --

incredible paint work on that!
