They look decent.

I'm more excited for the line of trains they showed off right after MIB though. It's what I've been looking for, and actual model train sets cost a small fortune. I remember Maisto used to make die cast trains but they ended production right as I learned they existed, and never came with anything but straight tracks. I also had quite a few small 1" sized toy train cars that came out of grocery vending machines when I was a kid. But right now there is basically nothing whatsoever for cheap train kits.

Those are cooler than I thought. But not $9 cool. I'll wait for clearance, like every other movie line.

If anyone buying these guys for suit fodder doesn't want the MIB weapons, remember that I have tons and tons of stuff to trade... :)

I still can't get a sense of the articulation level on these. They look like they could have swivel hinge shoulders and elbows, but I haven't seen any in a pose that would confirm that. Hopefully they do, I'll get lots then, even with the David Byrne look J and K seem to have, if they don't, maybe one of each for the heads.

Toy prices have been going up every year, did anyone think these would be $6? $9 seems about average for something that gives you a toy and a large accessory. Jazwares charges $10 now for just a figure. If Mattel had got this license they'd be $15-$20. TRU has actually been bumping up prices because "they can" and from what I saw at Target, they're inflating their prices to match TRU.

Doesn't mean I'll be paying it. Toy companies and retailers really need to learn that higher prices are going to hurt sales. I can see this line being a retail failure just due to the price and clearance down to the $6 mark eventually though by the time that happens, the new movie will be long gone and no one will much care anymore.

I'm definitely gonna get Boris. Not sure if I'd use the head for my Monkeywrench WIP, or for a new Dreadnok...

Sad thing is the companies say the MSRP is up due to plastic costs. But if they didn't need to include the build a droid or game part or huge ass missile accessories they could bring down costs. So don't believe their innocent pleas in regards to cost. And TRU is run by douches. If you didn't know that.

If they end up in all stores I would pretty well expect them to clearance. If the movie does well or not, they won't stay full price 2 months after the movie has come and gone.

If you look at the very last pic, of the alien in the sport coat, it looks like the elbow is hinged without a swivel.
