I know I am breaking a rule here. I ain't going to sweat it, I will deal with the consequences/punishment. But after reading that, "LASER BLAST" that guy and his "samurai code of honor" he claims to live by.

I'm glad you have the time and enegery to persue this, I wish I did. I had contemplated small claims court but getting a judgement against a guy with nothing to pay the judgement with seems like a lot of wasted effort. Is there somthing I'm missing?

I think so but you lose buyer protection when you send payment as a gift… last time I make that mistake

I think the statute of limitations is up and if you didn't trade money for services and gifted the money...without a contract stating payback, there may be no recourse. I know he paid someone back and is paying someone else back, this much I heard.

an update: fat kid Joey...he is going to refund your money. he said he emailed you twice. maybe he has the wrong email...I dunno...if you want you can post it or message me it to pass it on...that's as far as I am going with it and all I know. he asked me to post this part for him

Thanks for that I have my junk filter set to the highest setting, and his emails went straight to the junk box. I've emailed him back.

There is still recourse. I'm not telling, you'll have to pay a retainer for that.

Just a post to let everyone know I have received an installment payment from Rashawn, with a promise of payment in full within two weeks. I have great hope that that in two weeks time I can say this situation has been resolved.
