This was actually born due to my nagging need to have a good duke to stand next to my POC Snake Eyes. I had considered using POC hawk as a base but I really couldn't wait until the weekend, so I bashed this guy together in a span of 2 days, then for the next few days after that there were minor changes done, like changing a thigh or adding kneepads. right now, this is the current and final state of my Duke custom. I'm quite happy how it came out :)

...well, almost. I need to replace his helmet and backpack :P

That's a really solid take on him. I dig it.

Nice! I always like traditional-looking Duke customs (he's supposed to be a crusty old First Sergeant, after all, not a pretty-boy) - and this one has its own unique style while still being totally recognizable. Cool job on the little details like the kneepads and the scar.

If this is typical for your custom work, then I'm eager to see more. Awesome stuff :D

That's a pretty cool Duke.

DUDE! I saw this on your blog. As a long time Duke fan, I love this updated take on him. All my unfinished customs, and now you've got me looking into redoing my own Duke.

Speaking of your blog, I'd love more information on the ball joints you used on that Renegades Snake Eyes you made.

Somehow you managed to make the starched khaki shirt look of v1 Duke actually seem bad ass. It's damn impressive! With all the gear and removable bits, it's versatile enough for the office and the field, SO COOL!

Hasbro's never done a 'First Shirt' Hauser that works as well as your custom.

I like him, Everything besides the pants since they are so old now with better legs out but he does have the classic look. Nice work and welcome
