Wreckage has never, and will never be a part of the main Joe roster. He's a team member that they won't ever claim, the guy that goes on off the book mission's and does, and has done things that the brass doesn't want to talk about. He's been a member at one time or another of most sub-teams, although that information is also unverified. There are rumors claiming that Wreckage has been with the doing work for the Joes since the team's inception, changing code-names a couple of times, to misdirect people. Once the team took off, the misdirection was no longer needed, and the current name stuck.
The Rawhide team all agree that Wreckage is a pretty humble guy, doesn't talk much. Seems very calm. From what they know, he can single handily cause more destruction with the weapons and explosives he carries that entire squads can do.
He might literally be the most dangerous weapon the Joe team has at their disposal, and best of all, it's off the books.

Tried to go with a commando type on the go look, originally wanted him to be wearing sneakers. Decided that wouldn't flow very well, so went with some Greyish boots.
