so I got the preview pack in. My Roadblock's arm was about to break as was the case with Spin Doctor's. I boiled and popped the arm and determined the peg system that attaches the forearm to the bicep was to big. I took an exacto out and cut it down. Not too happy with the figure still, he looks pretty boring, so I went and painted the straps. I thought it would be cool to have a Rock t-shirt on, so I printed a slogan off a Rock shirt. It came out ok, it's held on with glue from a glue stick, so if I decide I don't like it it can be washed right off. I wanted the Rock tattoo's, but there was no way (and the Rock means NOOO WAY) my hand is steady enough to sharpie those on. I compromised by painting the spots flat black where the tat's are, and then gently scraped away with an exacto for an hour until I was satisfied with the look. The new hand came from a Roc figure..not sure which one. I dabbed superglue on the end to make the peg bigger, waited until it dried, the popped it in. Fits just as snug as his regular hand.

All in all I am happy with it, but looking forward to the 3 pack version.

Shame about the arm pegs. Hope that gets sorted. The figure looks really cool with your mods.

Whoa - 8O

Awesome job on the tats - don't know if I'm brave enough to try that, but he looks perfect!

That tattoo looks great and what a clever way to do it. I'll have to remember that technique if I ever need to do one.

The tats look great. I've done it before but never on something that complicated and large. I don't envy you.

Did you have to do the left shoulder tattoo as well? I thought that was shown in the movie so shouldn't the figure come with it?

Great work!

I like the paint updates you did on him and I hope that the joint problem is not on all of the RB figures that come out. I guess I would have thought that you could find a pic of his bull tat online as you did with the Boots to asses shirt logo

yeah.. might be awhile before I do a Tattoo that large again. If I had a slightly sharper knife, I think it would have come out a little cleaner yet. It's not 100% accurate either. Google Rock's tattoo... that would be an insane amount of detail work. I'm ok with what I did here though.

Nice mods.

Looks like we had different arm issues, though. Mine was totally unsalvageable.

I have a feeling that will be a much copied technique in years to come. Genius.
