Torso/legs/feet: ROC Night Adder
Head: MU Cable Modded with Aves
Vest is random vests meshed all together
Leg armor/ammo pack /ammo belt : POC Iron Grenadier modded with armor pieces cut and glued to feet to have more mobility
Gun: ROC Heavy
rest is random fodder cut from various things
Next is War Dog (thanks to Krexx for naming him for me it was perfect)
War Dog is a Cybernetic Soldier the body looks like flesh but it is armored underneath
i am going to come up with an alternate head later as the Dog head is his robo head underneath
he is another Merc that signed up for Mindbenders experiments

he is a sadistic killer that prefers his blade over guns but still packs one for his secondary weapon
horribly scarred he hides his face behind a metal painted smiley face hence his nickname
the rest of his past is unknown
