I love this one. Looks like a pilot or some crazy tank commander.
Where did you get those goggles? I've been looking for something like that for a while now.

All the non-Joe bits are from a Chap Mei figure. (Except the backpack.) I liked the look enough to give him some articulation.

yeah, I love that head too. Would be perfect in a steampunk environment, but I don't really have a reason to make that kind of thing directly. I used mine on something close though - as a pirate airship pilot. A ton of character in it.

As always love what you've done. I did the same thing with the Sean Connery head a couple years back the fig has been gathering dust since I made him, cool to see another one like it. Love what you did with Gordon's head. Gonna try something similar now.

Some really great work in here! Love the punk and sun baked zombies! Predators and Dutch's team kick ass!

I'm not a fan of the modern era but those Preds are looking fine and the "crazy" pilot too.

Nice new stuff, man! The military guys are all nice, especially those who are about to go from hunters to the hunted... Great looking tributes to Dutch, Billy and Blaine!

Sanded down the upper body on Blaine. I did away with the added bulk and man boobs.

I had an extra Wolverine, so I decided to finally use the Casey Jones head I got from Dave (Back when it was Good-2-Go). Added a pair of hands and sneakers from Storm Shadow. I had and a hockey stick from an NHL figure I didn't want.

Here are some 12" customs I've been working on.

General Hawk- added different boots and knee pads

Cobra Viper- same as Hawk, I added different boots and different knee pads. Had to lose the stock space look versions. Also new goggles.

I was fortunate to get a Billy on ebay. But when I opened him and played around with the rubber body I knew it had to go. I was afraid of it ripping or something along those lines. So I picked up a TrueType Figure - Muscular Body and swapped it out. Now I've got a much more play friendly figure.
My next step for this figure would be to have a 12" customizer repaint the head so it looks more like the actor.

Wow! Those could be easily mistaken for real people at a quick glance. Incredible level and attention to detail. I am normally not a fan of this scale but those are great.

Got Selene from Underworld finished. I'm now out of a lot of paints, so I used white craft paint to mix for her flesh tone- and it came out really thick. =( Otherwise I'm happy with her.

Thanks, IW. There's something about the 1:6th scale that I really dig- and it's not the price tags. lol

It only took me two years to get around to making a this custom- an ARAH with added articulation.
In addition to the standard articulation I gave him double-jointed elbows, swivel wrists, double-jointed knees and articulated ankles. His height remains right in line with standard ARAH figures.
