I did these figures as part of the Repaint Central project but failed to finish them with gear and the planned enemy repaint figure. :-/ So in my shame, I'm posting them for critique here.

LIGHTFOOT and STATIC LINE: These are 2 of the Joe team's explosive detection/disposal and demolition guys and the goal was to do a Firefly for them to chase down but FF never got finished (or properly started). My aim here was to recolor two poorly colored Real American Hero releases in modern Army realistic ACU camo patterns.

Static Line doesn't get near enough attention. Well done.

You need to finish their gear. Such a great start on these I'm getting customs blue balls just looking at them.

I wold never have dreamed Lightfoot could look so cool. Very nice camo. There's a lot going on but it doesn't come off busy. My only complaint is the beige gloves. The beige doesn't really mesh with the rest of the pallet, and only being on the gloves makes it stand out that much more. Too bad, because it looks like some nice leather weathering.

I don't think they are a distraction, if it needs changed, I'd suggest maybe the two-toned military gloves look.

Agreed and he has an awesome head sculpt.

Really good job on the ACU colors. Those can really be a bear to match.

Would love to see your finished set someday.

Very cool looking pair. It's interesting that you've got them photographed together...I feel I'm distracted by the patterns on their chest sculpt..Vertical lines on Static Line and the Horizontal lines of Lightfoot's unpainted Chest pad.

I think I would paint the rest of the pad on Lightfoot...it'd be a good opportunity to pull in a little bit more of that kaki that you used for the gloves. I also miss the blue and Silver on Static Line that I think is very much definitive of who he is... If that chest isn't blue, it's BackStop's armor and I struggle to see it any other way.

The camo is phenomenal! I don't recall Lightfoot ever looking so cool, and you've improved Static Line immensely. Excellent work on these!
I'd love to see them completed with their gear!

I'm surprised to hear people dislike Static Line's original colours. I think his shirt is a nice shade of blue and I love the super light grey pants.
