To win a war you must, at times strike first instill fear into your enemy’s heart. Even in the war against evil it is necessary to strike the first blow. For this reason the First Strike team was created. First strike gets in quiet and hits hard and fast to take out any front line of defense or security protocols. This team is made of a small group of show no mercy do whatever it takes to get the job done hard hitters. No more than a five man team.

Message, I have recruited the first three member of the" FIRST STRIKE" team based on TECcomm recomendations. As you suggested the need for a no-nosense team that can kick in doors and kick the teeth in of our enemies is becoming more and more needed. Here are the Files.
Bennie Alverez: Team Leader
Is a former Miami vice cop known for kicking in doors and busting up the bad guys. As a youth Bennie lost his family to the Cuban drug wars in Miami and watched many of friends either go to jail or die in the trafficking from Havana. The Vine had been keeping tabs on Bennie since he was a teenager watching his growth through the police ranks to Vice squad. The Vine recruited Alverez to join Oneforce after a bust gone bad left Alverez badly injured.
Bennie Alverez aggressive nature is just what the First Strike Team needs as its leader.

Tony Lu:
A master of Kung-Fu and a former 5 time world champion. Tony Lu’s story is not like most of Oneforce, he came from a well to do family in upper Beverley- Hills neighborhood. Tony Lu’s father owned a chain of Chinese Restaurants in Hollywood and three dry cleaners in East L.A. Lu’s mother was an actress from a late 70’s early 80’s sitcom who turned her fame into fortune by becoming one Hollywood’s best talent agents. Tony grew up around some of Hollywood’s A-list kids but never real took to that life style. He always wanted to go his own way and do his own thing. He took up Kung-Fu from a former Bruce Lee student and quickly earned local and National attention with his mastery of Kung-Fu. At the age of 18 he shocked the world by becoming the World Champion. His quick stardom gained him a lot of enemies in the martial arts under ground fighting circuit. Wanting to prove that his skills were supreme in the underground fight circuit, Tony disappeared for a short time to prove his metal.
It was there in the underground fight clubs that Deacon first took notice of Tony’s tenacity and cut throat tactics. Clearly this kid was no stranger to all out brawling.
After a few month of silencing his critics, Tony turned back to winning world championships. After winning his 5th title in Tokyo, he became a target of the fabled Yakuza clan.
It was at that point that Deacon recruited (more like) demanded Tony join Oneforce and kick but for a real cause.

Chance:
Chance is a bit of a mystery he just showed up one day at Joe HQ and asked he of could join the Joes. The only information that is currently on file for him is that he came recommended by someone very high in the government. After some hand to hand testing of his skills he joined the G.I. Joe new recruit program. Chance did well and learned fast and when it came time to be placed on a team he was a shoe in for Night Force. On his very first mission he and the other recruits were supposed to intercept a Cobra shipment of laser riffles. The mission failed, the next day Chance quit stating that the Joes are too slow, too passive won’t strike a death blow when needed. A month later Chance shows up at TECCom asking for the director security saying he is was referred by (holding up the one finger) and handed Deacon, Chief of Security and envelope addressed to The Vine. Moments later Chance was a member of Oneforce and the First Strike Team. Chance has proven himself over and over again as a trust worthy and loyal team member. His past is still mystery the only one who knows anything about him is Oneforceleader.
