Pre-orders for the set go up tonight.

Quote:
The Canadian G.I. Joe Convention is coming August 10th and 11th!

Pre-orders for the 2012 Convention sets will be available at the Canadian
Joe Con Web-store (www.joecanuck.com/cjc/) tonight at 7pm EST.

Currently the web-store has T-Shirts, Trading Cards and Comic Books
available for purchase. We strongly suggest if you're interested in these
items to go order them now, and come back at 7pm for the con set on a
separate order. The site will be hit pretty hard when 7pm arrives, and you
don't want to miss out on the set because you were adding a T-Shirt for your
Uncle Bob!

For more information on the Canadian G.I. Joe Convention, please visit
www.canadianjoecon.com

Thank you,
CJC Staff

We have gone with other colours in the past, but the end result is not as smooth as all black.

To be more specific. The "colours" of Cobra North are Black and Blue. It's a theme.

Also -
2009 - 1 figure not black / 2 black
2010 - all 3 figures black
2011 - 3 red, 2 brown, 2 black, 1 black and grey

We do try to change it up. This year the majority is black, but as you see today - we have one white. ;)

Damn, that's an awesome update for Joe Canuck. It's simple and amazingly effective.

A pic of the box is up for those attending the CJC this weekend. Straight forward as usual but still classy.

For those of you going or on the fence. I'll be at the JoeCustoms table with our travelling display.

Robert Atkins (IDW comic artist and CJC comic cover artist) will be there.

Jason Loo (CJC comic artist and the Loo Harvest Chronicles) will be there.

Joe Declassified will be there and have a presentation showing the first ARAH mock up along with a ton of other goodies.

Noted author and Cosplayer extraordinaire KuuKuuSon will be there pimping his book.

Mark Bellomo will also be pimping his books. I challenge any of you to talk to Mark for a few minutes and not walk away amazed at his depth of knowledge of all action figure toy lines.

WOJM will also be broadcasting from the show. If you have questions about GI Joe, then they will pick up their Bat phone and get you answers.
