Oh crap... I really can't afford their stuff but like with Cobra Commander and the Viper, I might have to do this! My way of getting their stuff is to focus only on items that were not made in any way (or any good way) in the Hasbro 12" figures.

She's definitely got sculpted hair which I really like. Now I've got a bunch more questions to ask Sideshow at SDCC next week.

Looks to be sculpted as wind blown, though, which I know some people aren't as big of fan of. Perhaps it'll be bendy? Or alt-portrait with normal head? Lots of possibilities.

Looks good. I have to have a better look at the hair.

The designer I spoke to last year at SDCC said they were thinking of swappable hair pieces, windswept, ponytails, static, etc. If they do them like Hot Toys did on their Thor and Odin figures the swap will be really easy. A magnet holding the hair piece to the head.

Of course that doesn't mean they'll do that though. They could easily do the alternate head sculpt route as well. That wouldn't surprise me as they've been doing alternate heads in a lot of the figures in this line (Rock 'n' Roll and the upcoming Falcon being the most recent). Either way, color me excited.

That is the best Joe licensed figure they have done, in my opinion.

Really nice but I don't like the bulky shin guards. Might end up ordering.

Agreed. I've preferred Sideshow's masked figures because a lot of their bare faces have been realistically interpreted in ways that did not fit my view of the characters. Baroness has a great mix of cartoon accuracy and Charlize Theron.

Yeah, Duke and Flint are the ones that come to mind in that regard. She looks fantastic, though.

Dang it... This is why I was hoping Sideshow wouldn't do a Baroness... This figure looks incredible. And expensive as crap.

$150 is my guess.
