  • This section is for honest critique of the work shown here. Members are encouraged to give and accept non-confrontational constructive criticism as well as adoring praise and everything in between.
  • In order to show case everyone's work equally, please post multiple customs on the same day into a single thread. If you have a lot of pictures of your work you may have to add them to a separate post within that thread.
  • Please do not link to a sale thread or to eBay from your critique thread. This section isn't to be used to market your finished work. The Market Place section is better suited for that purpose.

Love your work on all of these. I was thinking that a smaller torso for Kyle might work if you considered him the young artist that he was originally. Keep up he stellar work.

I did a leg and lower arm swap on Kyle that put him about half-a-head shorter than my Hal and almost a full head shorter than my Batman. It brings him into the same basic scale as my MU-based DC figures, but he's late-adolescent or just small man sized.

Works for my purposes, as there are too many grown men human Green Lanterns running around for my taste anyway. I'll play him as Hal's sometimes sidekick/apprentice.

I'll post pics later in my DC thread.

Can't wait to see the pics. Question (since I don't have Kyle): I dig the idea of the smaller size being used for a teen/young adult, but isn't he fairly muscular, sculpt-wise? Does the arm/leg swap diminish the bulk of the torso?

It does not. In fact, the new proportions make him look like one of those gymnast or cheerleader dudes you knew in high school. Very developed chest, abs and upper arms with normal forearms and legs.

The proportions would actually be perfect for a teen-aged Dick Grayson Robin.
