So I am making a custom of a small statutes person, and I am kinda stuck on the hips. Any one know who has the smallest left to right ass in the modern figure style?

um, not sure about modern articualtion but the microman catwomans waist is really small

Isn't there a Yoda figure that has balljointed hips?

Also maybe look at the Vintage collection Jedi Padawan Anakin. He has a soft goods skirt that they use on the figures with swivel/hinge hips but Rebelscum has stopped putting the articulation breakdown on the photo archive entries so I can't be sure.
