VERY interested in where you take this one. I like the start.

Kneel before Zod! Really can't wait to see the final product.

He looks really good, and the face even has a good likeness to the movie version.

Sanded down all paint rub areas. Think my prep work is done. Should be painted up by tomorrow night.

I need to see the paint to say for sure how I feel about him. I have a hunch that head will look drastically different and really sell the look once you're done.

Only concern - and it may not need to be one - is that with this base body he'll be a LOT smaller than Supes. I remember move Zod being smaller than Chris Reeves' Supes, but this could be an even bigger difference. Maybe that's more in line with the comics though?

Not quite sure if it is comic accurate or not. Kind of had the same concern. There is a noticeable difference in figure heights for sure. I believe after some thought before this project that superman had he grown on krypron would only have achieved average height of a kryptonian, which arguably could be around 6 feet tall. Having grown up on earth with the yellow sun which provides his powers, actually accelerated his growth to well above average at 6 foot 6 inches. General Zod did not have that advantage since he was a full grown kryptonian when he was sent to the phantom zone. He didn't squire his powers until he was out of the pz in the yellow sun galaxy. So he may be much smaller but still equal in powers but not necessarilly strength. He does however make up for it in drive and cunning with his no rules attitude.

I can buy that, and had a similar thought as well. Plus, it's your verse, your rules.
