I think what he meant was - why have they gone with such a distinctly different clone trooper head at all (Hasbro that is)

You beat me to it That's exactly what i meant. I thought all of the clones are supposed to be identical (save for hairstyles and tattoos).

SteamPunk Michael thank you for all of the suggestions. I don't follow the SW line very closely (although again i'm tempted to pick up that clone trooper with joe level articulation) and i'm surprised to see such a diversity of clone head sculpts. The animated clone head sculpt will be a back up choice in the event that i cant secure something else.

DrBindy Lashley isn't quite what i'm looking for this time around. I'm looking for a slightly lighter brown than Bobbys complexion. It's kind of hard to find shades that fall into this category in 1:18th (or in general i believe).

I gotcha, I guess you can just blame Hasbro for that one, I mean, look at their Main characters. Luke has like 400 different figures and not one looks like Mark Hamill, okay, maybe one.

I have that Clone head, I'll see if he fits on Commander Rodgers. He's the only Marvel figure I have, well, besides Hulk, but not sure you want that.

Believe it or not i was getting desperate before this thread and considered a hulk head lol.

Forget the super poseable clone head, it looks like a Peahead on a Taskmaster body (couldn't find my Rogers body, but I believe they're close in size). Renegades Ripcord looks awesome on it though. Also, John Cena BnB head is surprisingly dark skinned, and looks like with modding, would look right with the scale too.

Thank you SteamPunk Michael for the pic. The size is perfectly fine. I just wanted an example of the scale and the pic conveys that perfectly. I'm really going to have to track down the latest Ripcord head. It's a good base to sculpt on after you sand down the skulls slight peak.

If you don't mind using the POC Stalker head it definately wroks on MU Figures. MMA Tito Ortiz might work too and he is only 5 bucks at family dollar.
