I really like where this is going. I would suggest trying out the original Thor cape first. I would then go with the double ended snake he wore around the neck to fill in the gap between the cape and the collar. Then a Cobra emblem on the belt to cover the Norse symbol and possibly some fangs on the helmet? I really love the way the armor scale works as a snake scale look here. Also I'd like to say the head is probably an upgrade over v1 for this custom. but I like the v1 head better for that custom (if that makes any sense?). Nice work so far very cool take.

One more small option is using the round cobra emblems from the knees on the Retalliation Cobra Commander (I think I have one if you want it) for the cape clips on the Thor cape. Could be cool.

Used the same body for similar as a clone of serpentor. Didn't put a cape on it colored a little diferent. Like yours better. Good job.

Really like this as a bulked up take on Serpentor. Have you tried some sort of version of the Cobra hood thing like the original had, as opposed to the neck piece that's on there now?

Yes, that would have been ideal for this one but do to the larger size the scale was out of hand on top.

I had my doubts about the base figure, but the paint scheme and little snake details totally sell it.
