Most of the names suggested almost sound too "good guy" for a 'Nok.

Jack Knife works, especially if his back story involves using his rig to force other trucks to do that so his buddy 'Noks can loot them.

If you gave him some bulky web gear to make him look a little more rotund, you could call him Wide Load.

Speaking as a driver. . .
Jake Brake and Jack Knife sound pretty good.
Down Shift
Diesel
Doubles
Put some weight on him, Wide Load. . .
Also what did he haul before becoming a Dreadnok?
Hazzard
Cargo
Milkman (smuggling contraband in secret compartment in tank)
Deadhead

He has always worked as a Trucker from the age of 18.
He got his truck from his dad who was a smuggler hauling every thing from guns to people.
So he took up where his dad left of. An started hauling things for the dreadnoks

This is just highlights from his profile.

And have narrowed it down to 4 names
1) Jack Knife
2) Down shift
3) 5th Wheel
4) Mudd Flaps

Personally, for a Dreadnok, I like Jack Knife. Mudd Flaps would probably work too, but Jack Knife sounds more sinister.
