The only Night Force figures I ever had were Charbroil, Crazy Legs and Outback. I sold them off a few years ago, and didn't really miss them at first. However, about a year ago I began reconsidering Night Force as part of my Joe team, and do see a place for them after all. The figures themselves are pretty expensive to track down, so I opted to make my own team instead at a fraction of the price. My goal with the team was to make ot my own, so I didn't want to reuse the same characters...only Outback and Tunnel Rat are carry overs. I also wanted them to fit in with the original Hasbro Night Force as well in case I ever get those figures.
there are twelve Night Force figures total, and I will post a few each time over the next week or so.
At the time of this posting there is a second wave of Night Force figures planned for next year.

Freefall
Some may think having Ripcord on the team would make Free Fall redundant, but the two actually work as team on Night Force. The two paratroopers would Halo drop in behind enemy lines taking out the sentries from the inside allowing the rest of the team easy infiltration.

Alpine
Alpine is a figure that had been done for a long time, and originally wasn't planned as a Night Force member. After the figure had been completed it just gave me that type of vibe, so I added him to the roster.

Bullet Proof
In my opinion Bullet Proof is one of the more underrated Joe characters. The way I see it, he's not just a US Marshall but was a one time a decorated Ranger squad leader who left the service and joined the Marshall's. When the DEF was formed Bullet Proof was chosen to lead it. His success in leading the DEF has given him the opportunity to now lead the Joe's Night Force.

Solid work. No critiques. And nice to see more ARAH customs.

I've always wanted to like Bullet Proof more than i actually did . Your custom represents how i've always wanted to see him - utilizing a better color palette that complimented his card bio.

Alpine , a character i never gravitated towards for some reason , sports a nice head choice. It gives the custom a lot of character. The more time passes...the more my appreciation for the ARAH line grows.

Bulletproof is my very favorite Joe character ever, it's always nice to see him used in other squads besides DEF. Great bio you have written for him, the custom looks striking.

Alpine and Freefall are both awesome. I dig the parts recipem for Alpine.

Another nice-looking group of customs. I'm really looking forward to seeing a group picture once they've all been revealed.

-Freefall: I always liked the Freefall figure, so it's nice to see him in a different paint scheme. The black and grey reminds me (in a good way) of the Action Force SAS figures, and he'd look great taking on Cobras with Ripcord.

-Bullet-Proof: I never thought much about the figure since I didn't have him as a kid, but I like what you did with him. I wouldn't have thought of using that color scheme, but it works well on the figure (it's reminiscent of NF Falcon, again in a good way). It also makes the character look considerably tougher. The production figure looked like he was wearing pajamas; this guy doesn't even own pajamas.

-Alpine: my favorite of the bunch, and possibly of any of the Night Force figures you've shown. I always loved the original figure and character, and I like what you did with him. As much as I love the 85 Alpine mold, I'm glad you went with a different look for him. The camo on the pants is very well done (nice use of the Remco pants!), and I like the vested look of the upper body. That head works really well for the character, too. Sometimes a figure just looks like it would be fun to play with; your Alpine falls into that category.

Nice work on all three. Hopefully we'll see another batch soon.

Bullet Proof is almost perfect, IMO. The large helmet is the only thing that seems out of place. I'd prefer a less "chunkier" one.

Who's head is that on Alpine?

Where's Freefall's weapon from?

That is Heavy Duty's head, with BBI goggles added. the BBI goggles are removable.
Freefall's weapon is his own, but I cut off the forward magazine, and added a scope and a silencer.

Thank you everyone for the feedback/comments. More to come.

Hmmm. For alpine, maybe swap out the Cross Country torso with a Storm Shadow V2 torso? The Cross Country Torso doesn't seem to add anything because of the unpainted details or fit the rope very well.
