This was the final existing Joe custom that I had to convert to MU style so fit the scale of my customverse. The original was just a tad undersized for where I wanted Ship to be in terms of my scale. Based on the Devils Due Ship.

Hat - Shipwreck
Head - Thor
Chest - Cyclops
Arms - Ghostrider
Waist - Roadblock
Upper Legs - Ripcord
Lower Legs - Draxx

I dig the head choice quite a bit. I'm not as sure about the hat, since I'd expect it to be more form fitting than it looks. Would the cap from the POC Zartan alt head work at all?

Overall, I'm definitely feeling it. Only other thought - did you carve in some "sweater lines" into the chest? In this pic, something seems off about that. I'm not sure the whole thing needs to look like a sweater anyway. I could totally see the collar having that knit look, with the rest of it having a different texture.

I was going to suggest the hat from the modern Luke Cage MU figure.

The hat's the only thing I don't dig here.

I like the oversized, half-way-up-the-forarms gloves. Nice touch.
